Members of Boston, the Sammy Hagar Band, The Tubes and other renowned acts will be in Topeka Saturday to rock in the holiday season.
The Classic Rock Christmas concert at the Topeka Performing Arts Center will see supergroup December People performing amped-up renditions of timeless holiday tunes. The show will serve as a benefit food drive, with donated canned goods going to Harvesters Community Food Network. Proceeds from CD sales at the concert will help support the United Way of Greater Topeka.
December People founder Robert Berry (Greg Kihn Band, Ambrosia) called in to the WIBW News Now at Noon show Friday for an exclusive interview about Saturday’s big event.
