The 14th ranked Emporia State Hornets return to the NCAA DII playoffs for the first time since 2003 when they travel to Duluth Minnesota to face the Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs are 10-1 on the year and their only loss was to the number one team in the nation in Minnesota State-Mankato.

Emporia finished the regular season 9-1 after defeating rival Washburn 34-23.

Emporia State will be without starting quarterback Brent Wilson as he suffered a broken collarbone in the win over Washburn.

Kickoff is set for 1:00.
