It’s pretty simple – when the Kansas State women are hitting three pointers, they win. If they aren’t, they don’t.
Saturday the Wildcats hit 12-24 from three point land as they bid farewell to seniors Brittany Chambers and Mariah White by knocking off the Red Raiders at Bramlage Coliseum.
Chambers did her part with 31 points, including five treys.
Brianna Craig had four threes on her way to 14 points. Chantay Caron also hit double figures with 10 points while White added six points and ten rebounds.
The Red Raiders had four players in double figures led by Chynna Brown’s 22 points, but they hit just 3-12 from beyond the arc.
The Cats are now 5-12 in the Big 12. They close the regular season at defending national champion Baylor Monday night.
