It will be cloudy but mild today with highs in the mid to upper 60s. Cooler temperatures will be found generally west of the turnpike. There will be a chance for showers and drizzle through early afternoon. As the afternoon wears on the chance for stronger storms will increase for Eastern Kansas with some hail possible with the strongest storms. Shower and thunderstorms are likely tonight with locally heavy rains possible. Lows will drop into the upper 40s and lower 50s. Rain will end by noon tomorrow followed by a gradually decreasing cloudiness. Highs tomorrow should top out around 60 degrees.
Friday through the weekend will be dry and mild. Highs will range from the upper 50s to lower 60s Friday and Saturday. With the return of southerly winds Sunday afternoon highs should be in the lower to mid 60s.
