Former Royal Mike Aviles homered and drove in five runs to back solid pitching by Corey Kluber as the Cleveland Indians beat the Kansas City Royals 10-3 in the second game of a day-night doubleheader Sunday at Kauffman Stadium.  Aviles, who played for the Royals until 2011, drove in a run with a fielder’s choice in a two run first inning, then hit a mammoth three run homer in the third which gave the Indians a 5-0 lead. He finished his night with a seventh inning sacrifice fly. Royals starter Will Smith only lasted four innings, allowing six runs in a spot start after being called up from Triple-A Omaha.  Kluber picked up his second win with seven innings of work, allowing just a two run single by Chris Getz in the fourth.  The Royals tacked on a run in the ninth on a sacrifice fly by Lorenzo Cain.  Kansas City took the day game of the doubleheader 9-0 as Jeremy Guthrie and two relievers combined on a seven hitter.  The series ends tonight with Wade Davis getting the start for the Royals against Tribe right hander Ubaldo Jimenez.  WIBW Radio has the broadcast at 6:30.
