DTN Meteorologist Bryce Anderson was the guest on Wednesday’s Ag Issues program on 580 WIBW.  Anderson discussed the scope of Wednesday’s winter storm across the midwest, including Kansas.  He also talked about whether it would create enough precipitation to help ease some drought conditions, specifically in southwest Kansas.  Anderson also discussed if the late October winter system was an indicator of an early winter season this year, and also if possible snow accumulation along the Missouri River was likely to cause additional flooding issues.
