The 2019 version of the Holiday Millionaire Raffle with the Kansas Lottery is underway.
“There’s only 200,000 tickets available,” said Kansas Lottery spokesperson Courtney Ryan. “We do have four early bird drawings this year. This year the early bird drawings include bigger top prizes, our biggest top prize being $50,000.”
Tickets sell for $20 each.
“The first early bird drawing will take place on September 29th,” said Ryan. “That prize is $25,000. The earlier you buy your raffle tickets, you’re qualified in all the drawings.”
Each raffle ticket has a unique 6-digit number ranging from 000001 to 200000.
“Aside from the $1 million on January 2, 2020, there will be thousands in other cash prizes,” said Ryan. “There will be one $100,000 winner, there will be $50,000 winners and five $25,000 winners just to name a few.”
It is possible for the same ticket to win in all four Early Bird drawings and the $1 million Grand Prize drawing, but in order for that to happen, it would need to be purchased before 6:59 p.m. on September
