NEWS RELEASE FROM KDOT
The Kansas Department of Transportation will be performing pothole patching at multiple locations in Topeka on February 5th, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m, weather permitting.
Work will begin about 9 a.m. on the northbound and southbound lanes of U.S. 75 between mile markers 162-165. It is expected that the crews will move in the late morning to the northbound and southbound lanes of U.S. 75 between mile markers 144-153.
Another crew will begin pothole patching on the ramp at K-4 and westbound I-70 at 9 a.m. and are expected to move to work on the ramp from eastbound I-70 to K-4 in the afternoon.
Traffic will be controlled by mobile lane closures using trucks with arrow boards and digital message boards.
