Reward given for information in Monday Topeka homicide

Topeka police are seeking the public’s help in a homicide investigation from Monday.

In a release Friday, police asked for anyone near SW 6th and MacVicar Sunday or Monday to let them know if they saw or heard anything suspicious and if they have home surveillance, to turn over anything those systems may have caught.

Shawnee County Crime Stoppers is offering a $2000 reward for information that leads to the capture of the killer of 36-year-old John K. Waller. He died in a home in the 700 block of SW Wayne Monday.

If you have information, give Crime Stoppers a call at (785) 234-0007.
