The 2019 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway concludes one week from today. On Thursday, June 13, 2019, one winner will be selected to receive the Dream Home, located in the Lauren’s Bay Estates area. The Dream Home, built by Mark Boling Construction, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an ample finished basement with a built-in bar, and a cozy, covered porch area with a fireplace.
“Mark Boling Construction has built a beautiful home and we get to call and tell someone (that) they won it next week,” said Lydia Chapman, Development Representative for ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. “People still have a chance to reserve their ticket, but they’re going fast!”
This year, 7,500 tickets were made available to the public with all proceeds going to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
“Only 7,500 tickets will be sold, so the odds are incredible,” said Chapman. “We’re going to raise $750,000 for the kids of St. Jude!”
The Home will be open this weekend for the final time, from 9 am until 5 pm on Saturday and from noon until 5 pm on Sunday.
The Dream Home is part of a giveaway organized by St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® where attendees can enter to win the home and other high-end prizes by reserving a $100 raffle ticket. However, tickets are going quickly.
“Less than 1,500 tickets remain for the Topeka St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway and they are going so fast,” said Chapman. “We give this beautiful home away next week. So, time is running out! Reserve your ticket today!”
