Topeka woman arrested on multiple drug charges and child endangerment

A Topeka woman is in custody after a search warrant was conducted at her house.

Forty-two year-old Mary B. Kisner is facing multiple drug charges and child endangerment. 

On January  around 11am, The Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office served a narcotics search warrant in the 3400 block of NW Rochester Road.  The home was owned by 42-year-old Mary B. Kisner.  At the time of entry, deputies encountered Kisner, two other adults, and Kisner’s toddler-aged child. Deputies seized methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, marijuana, and prescription medication from inside the residence. 

Kisner was arrested and booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on multiple narcotics charges and child endangerment. Kisner’s toddler-aged child and other minor child, who was in school at the time of the search warrant, were placed into protective custody pending a hearing.
