WIBW Radio/KAN Podcast: K-State Assistant State Climatologist Mary Knapp

Mary Knapp, K-State Assistant State Climatologist, joined us on Wednesday’s Ag Issues program. She recapped the year to date in Kansas weather.  May saw all-time record precipitation in the state.  It was drier in June, but still unusually wet causing planting delays.  Going forward, Knapp says there a chance we may see cooler than normal conditions develop as we move into the middle of July.
